Show(s)

This year we are going all-out with a whopper of a show on Saturday evening at 8pm, finishing around 9:40pm, followed by a more informal celebration of our other medallists from the weekend.

The Saturday Night Gold Show

The main show starts with the fabulous QCs, a chorus made up of members of LABBS Quartet Champions over many years, their spot will include the induction of 2023 Champion Quartet, Barberlicious into their ranks.

Also performing are BABS 2024 Quartet Champions Fifth Element and Chorus Champions Meantime Chorus.

To round off the Gold theme, the brand new LABBS Mixed Quartet Champions, Women's Quartet Champions and Gold Medal Chorus will be delighting us with their champion performances as well as other songs.

Celebration Song Spot

Following the Gold Show, the celebrations continue by the stairs in the main hall where we are compering an informal show with all your brand new 2024 Bronze and Silver medallists. Starting 15 minutes after the close of the main show, come and join us in celebrating the best of LABBS!

Guest Performers

Meantime Chorus

Meantime Chorus
Meantime Chorus was founded in 2015, and is still led by one of the founders, Simon Arnott. The chorus has a mission to share the joy of a cappella and barbershop music with their audiences and have performed for people all over the UK as well as representing BABS at BHS International in 2023, reaching 11th place.

Fifth Element

Fifth Element are a UK based Barbershop Quartet formed in 2017,  Jake, Ryan, Duncan & Brian. Although they are the current BABS Quartet champs, they may be better known this year for their performance of ‘It’s coming Home’ which went viral during Euro 24 this Spring / Summer! They are working towards representing BABS at BHS International in 2025.
